  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Exceptions

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
    • Provide photo/video proof if applicable.
  • We will assist with replacement or refund as per policy.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
